1. How can I login?

You can login with the help of the UID and the Pwd provided at the time of the distribution of the welcome kit. You may either login from the e-genie website page or Society home page.

2. How do I become a member?

Once your society is registered with e-genie, you become a member automatically. A privilege card along with your UID shall be provided to you and this UID shall be mapped to your mobile no. and email id.

3. Can I Shop without being a member?

No, At present we have these facilities only for our registered closed group members. However, you can send in a request to e-genie Team on admin@e-genie.in OR info@e-genie.in for registration.. Our Team shall contact you and add you as one of our Individual group members. Once registered you can avail all the discounts and facilities mentioned on e-genie.in

4. How can I know if e-genie delivers to my PIN code / my society?

You may check in the location on the home page if your location exists on our website. If its not existing, you may please write in to us on info@e-genie.in, we shall do the needful.

5. ORDER BOOKING – How can I Place my order?

a. You may either call us on 844 712 3333 OR login to www.e-genie.in to place your order.

b. Post your order; you shall receive a sms notification regarding the order on your registered mobile no. (mobile no. registered with e-genie) .
An email notification shall also be sent to your registered email id.

c. You shall receive a call from our admin department to confirm your order for delivery and any specific timelines/instructions to be followed
for delivery.

6. How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

We normally take 2-7 working days for orders to be delivered. Our delivery timeline differs with the type of product you have ordered for. A few vendors have their delivery time lines on international standards i.e 14-21 days.

7. How are Orders delivered?

e-genie Team shall call you to take the final confirmation for the order placed by you. Post the confirmation, the delivery shall be scheduled based on your requested delivery date.

8. Does e-genie deliver products outside Delhi / NCR ?

At present, we are covering few locations in Delhi and NCR, this would slowly expand to other locations across India in the near future.

9. How do I apply for a gift coupon? – jazz up

You may buy the coupon from the website to avail the same at a discounted price. Once you hit the buy button, we shall send you “Order Id” on your registered mobile via sms. You can use this Order Id to avail the Physical coupon/Booklet from our dealer at the time of your visit. This Order Id shall imply the discounted cost at which you can avail the said discounts or services mentioned on e-genie.

10. As a member, what are my benefits ?

1. You are entitled to avail the services at a more competitive price than the market through our tied up vendors.

2. You can save time by ordering all streams of services (presently listed on e-genie website) at your home. There are services like Spa, Restaurant, Salon or Gym etc where you can avail discounts on the services availed.

3. You are entitled to a percentage of the total cash / amount spent during one year on different services through e-genie. This percentage (X amount) shall be returned back to you as a cash voucher at the end of the financial year.

11. How do I redeem my percentage benefits at the end of the year?

The percentages can be evolved or transformed into cash vouchers and can be used at select merchandise stores. You may also use the Cash Voucher on e-genie.in to buy any products in grocery / other segments.

12. How do I know the Benefit Amount due to me from e-genie?

You may please check the Account History in My Profile on the website by logging in as a registered member. The total amount due shall be reflecting in this section depending upon the shopping done by you through e-genie.

13. PAYMENTS –

1. How can I pay for my order at e-genie? You may please pay through COD (Cash on delivery) option. Once you receive the order at your doorstep, you need to pay the order amount to the delivery person.

At present we have COD option in place. We shall start with other online payment options in the near future.

2 . What are the options through which I can pay? At present, We follow only COD (Cash on Delivery) model

14. How does the COD option work?

Once you have placed your order with us, our Team shall call you for the confirmation of the order. once the order is confirmed, over phone or on mail, we shall send the order for delivery . You will have to pay the person at the time of receiving your order at your doorstep.

15. What should I do if I would miss collecting my ordered item?

You may call us on 844 712 3333 and provide an alternate phone no. / flat no. where the items can be delivered in your absence and the amount be collected. This would make us re-arrange the items to be delivered to you at your convenient time / date. In case, if you miss the order despite your call, we would charge a nominal Rs. 20/- to Rs 90/- depending upon the distance.(locally) to deliver it again.

16. How soon will the missed delivery item be shipped back again?

Our executive would call you and re-confirm the date and time of delivery with you for your missed order.

17. Will there be any extra shipping cost for the product that I missed receiving?

A few vendors do charge us on per delivery basis, however, we keep our customers free of this charge during their 1st time visit for delivery. Incase, the customer misses to receive the order, a nominal charge anywhere between Rs. 20/- to Rs 90/- is levied depending upon the distance and the availability factor.

18. What if the product I received is of inferior quality?

In such a case, you may please write to us on “info@e-genie.in” or call us +91 844 712 3333” to inform of the same. E-genie shall take up the matter with the respective vendor and either get the replacement done OR the refund arranged of the particular order.

19. How do I return the product?

a) You may please write to us on info@e-genie.in OR call us on +91 844 712 3333 and state the reason of return. Our team shall evaluate the reason and arrange for the reverse pick up of the product. Meanwhile, may we request you to kindly go through the Return policy on our website?

20. How will I get my money back?

You will get the money back immediately as soon as you return the product. Please sign the cancellation slip handed out to you by our delivery boy at the time of return.

21. What is the minimum amount of order to be placed on e-genie?

Minimum order ranges from Rs. 350 to Rs. 500 depending upon the category you are shopping in.

22. Where can I check my collective orders?

You may please check My profile link on the home page once you login as a registered member.

23. Can I pay by cheque?

Sorry, but at present we do not have this facility. You may pay through Cash at the time of delivery.

24. What if one of the items is missing from my collective order?

You may call us on 844 712 3333 OR mail us on info@e-genie.in if you find any item missing from the list of order. It is possible that the product might be shipped separately due to non availability at that present moment OR might have omitted mistakenly from the list of products to be despatched. In either of the cases, e-genie shall take the onus to either get the product shipped or inform you accordingly of its non availability and a replacement product if you wish.

25. Will I receive mailers or SMS regarding the Offers going on e-genie?

e-genie shall send it regular mailers or calls to make you aware of the ongoing offers on a wide range of products and services available with e-genie.
